Dear valued customers and partners,

We are working normally, as we have successfully adopted our daily work to these uncertain times as the world navigates this COVID-19 pandemic.

ALFATEC Group is fully committed to ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, customers and partners.

This is our top priority in order to maintain the business continuity needed to provide our regular services and support to our customers and partners.

We have put the following measures in place:

  • Working Remotely: For the majority of our employees, work is conducted through remote connections, which enables our teams to work off-site for most tasks.
  • Safety On-Site: Employees who are on-site are applying social distancing and hygiene protocols based on guidance from health authorities and World Health Organization.
  • Most of the meetings are to be held virtually over trusted video/audio tools/platforms
  • Avoiding unnecessary business travel, on-site meetings etc.

We continue to monitor the COVID-19 outbreak closely and to implement response measures aligned with government guidelines and directives from the World Health Organization.

We do our best to continue and improve our business relations and remain your valued and trusted partner!
