Responsibilities:
- Defining the overall vision of the product, strategy and long-term technology plan of the product
- Defining development priorities
- Creating and maintaining good relationships with and among developers to ensure the implementation of the defined technology plan
- Defining the vision of product development and familiarizing other members of the organization with it
- Market research and monitoring the needs of existing and potential users
- Proposing new ideas and product upgrades
- Understanding of market trends and industry specifics
- Planning and preparation of new functionalities and user experience
- Monitoring the status of product development and tasks
- Development of strategies for placing products on the market
- Transmitting defined plans and product strategy into product requirements
- Evaluation and maintenance of product promotion plans in accordance with the defined marketing strategy
Minimum qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of work experience in managing SaaS / Enterprise products
- Faculty degree (Computing, Economics, Infomatics, Mathematics or similar)
- Advanced knowledge of the program support development cycle, product development and product marketing
- Developed communication and collaboration skills
- Advanced use of the English language in speech and writing
- Advanced knowledge of agile development methodologies
- Good understanding of business model design and validation
- Developed critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, reviewing the current situation and striving for the implementation of new solutions/improvements
Additional qualifications:
- Certificates: Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, Scrum
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence tools
- Development of user experience and interface
- Knowledge of the basics of programming
