What we request


  • Respond to customer queries in a timely through chat, email, or calls.
  • Write and document support tickets for customers.
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features and initiate the sales process.
  • Conducting dynamic and well-informed online sales presentations and product demos for potential customers, or in person if requested by the potential customer
  • Inform customers about new features, functionalities, and solutions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
  • Effectively using the forecasting automation tool to record, manage, organize and report on all aspects of sales activity and relationships with leads and opportunities, and to provide critical forecasting data to the company
  • Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads and appointment setting (Book meetings with prospects and achieve quota-based on-ramp requirements, Multi-channel prospecting through a cold call, email, LinkedIn, social, and video..)
  •  Developing sales strategies and generating new opportunities
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions.
  • Update our internal databases with information about customer issues and useful discussions with customers.
  • Delivering a highly accurate sales forecast, short- and long-term
  • Identify, qualify, managing, and close individual sales on short timescales
  • Managing sales pipeline
  • Continually learning about new products and improving selling skills; attending training events throughout the year and participating in self-paced tutorial learning when appropriate; using this product knowledge to recommend targeted campaigns throughout the year, refining techniques for prospecting and qualifying new accounts
  • Attending and participating in sales meetings, marketing webinars, and trade shows on request

Qualities required:

  •  Experience in SaaS sales is preferred 
  • Working knowledge of customer relationship management software and data analysis
  • Knowledge of sales practices and the most efficient customer service techniques.
  • Excellent motivational skills and works with a team but also an individual contributor.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent English and Croatian verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities and stay up to date with new product and feature launches.
