Zagreb University of Applied Sciences (TVZ) held the first Career Day.
58 companies from the fields of Informatics, Electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering, and Construction presented themselves, looking for employees and offering professional internships to students.
Alfatec also had its stand, which was represented by experts from the IT Security, Research & Development, Marketing, and Human Resources Departments. Students were able to learn firsthand everything about employment at Alfatec, as well as professional practice.
Zagreb University of Applied Sciences (TVZ) is celebrating its 25th anniversary these days, and at today's fair, the exhibitors were divided into 6 categories.
"We have six study programs: Computer Science, Informatics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, and Construction. All of them are technical nature. Students have found their potential partners for professional practice and for possible future employment." - said Ana Žiljak Gršić, dean of the Zagreb University of Applied Sciences (TVZ).
Career Day is an opportunity for students and employers to get to know each other better, and for companies to find young, successful, and ambitious engineers.
