What you’ll be doing
- Design and implement solutions: Architect, design, and develop advanced AI systems, focusing on LLMs and agentic frameworks that optimize enterprise workflows.
- Collaborate and mentor: Work closely with data engineers, developers, and domain experts, sharing knowledge and guiding junior team members.
- Innovate and experiment: Contribute to internal R&D projects and large-scale enterprise systems, constantly exploring ways to refine tools and methodologies.
- Deploy at scale; build production-ready, high-performance AI solutions that deliver measurable results.
- Own the lifecycle; From research and prototyping to deployment and monitoring, take part in every stage of the AI development process.
What you bring
- Hands-on experience working with LLMs and frameworks such as LangChain, Mastra or CrewAI.
- Strong programming background and solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, or model development.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to lead and execute complex AI initiatives.
- Curiosity and drive to apply cutting-edge research to real-world problems.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience leading AI projects from concept to deployment.
- Proven track record of building agentic AI systems in real-world environments.
