Our company, ALFATEC Group d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as Alfatec), is aware of the importance of the protection of personal data, and its processing; therefore, we approach it responsibly and according to all applicable regulations.

This declaration on privacy offers you information about Alfatec’s procedures for privacy protection which are used in all procedures and processing involving your personal data that we collect, use and share with third parties.

I/WHO IS THE CONTROLLER OF YOUR DATA?: ALFATEC Group d.o.o., having its registered office at Tuškanova 37, 10 000 Zagreb, Republic of Croatia, OIB 28951396962, is the controller of your data.

II/WHO IS THE PERSON WHO MAY BE CONTACTED AT ALFATEC IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR DATA?: For all questions regarding the processing of your personal data and in connection with the exercise of any of your rights concerning personal data you may contact our responsible person for data protection, who is available at the e-mail address [email protected] and/or at the telephone number (+385 1 604 0077).

III/WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR DATA?: We process your data for various legitimate purposes, for example for information about news, solutions, products and services, education, for marketing purposes and for various events and recruiting, always taking into account that any processing of your personal data will be founded on a clear legal basis and that as Controller we ensure compliance and complete respect of all your rights as the data subject whose data is being processed.

IV/ (SUB)PROCESSORS: In the processing of your personal data in order to fulfil the purposes mentioned above, apart from ourselves as Processor, an authorised third party may take part:
Google Inc. – gathers information through our use of the Google Analytics service on our web page. Google uses this information, including IP addresses and data from cookies, for more purposes, such as improving Google Analytics. Information is shared with Google on an anonymous basis. Public authorities of Croatia – there is the possibility that we will have to transfer your personal data to an appropriate public authority if we are required by law or other binding regulation.

V/ THE INFORMATION WE GATHER ON OUR WEB SITE: We gather information automatically in our server log files, such as your IP address, browser type, redirect/exit pages and operating system. We use this information in order to manage our web pages and understand how visitors browse through our web pages and contents, with the aim of improving your experience while you are using it. All other personal data you voluntarily enter and send us via one of the available forms for specific purposes (contact form, contact e-mail, newsletter subscription form, signing up to follow Alfatec on social media, forms for content storage, questionnaires and similar) you hereby give us your consent to gather and use for the aforementioned purposes. You may inspect the that data (sub)processors collect in item IV.

VI/HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA: We shall never keep or process your data longer than is considered reasonably necessary to complete processing purposes. At the same time we shall respect any specific regulations which fix a minimum period for holding your data, for example for the purposes of auditing or accounting obligations. Should you request us to delete your data, we shall delete it as soon as we are able to do so, excepting where we, as controller, are bound by some applicable regulation concerning your request to delete your data.

VII/ALL THE RIGHTS YOU HAVE CONCERNING YOUR DATA: It is your right to seek from us, as controller, at any time: access to your data, alteration of your data, deletion of your data, the setting of limits on the processing of your data, the exercise of your right to transfer your data or the lodging of an objection to the processing of your data. You may request the fulfilment of any of these above mentioned rights directly from our official responsible for personal data protection (you can effect this right by sending your request to [email protected] and adding the title ˝data subject request – personal data˝.On receipt of the message, we shall send you confirmation of your request’s arrival).
Exercising these your rights is subject to specific exceptions concerning the protection of public interest (e.g. preventing or disclosing crime), the protection of our interests as controller (e.g. legal obligations) or the protection of the rights and freedoms of others. Should we make use of any of the above mentioned rights, as the controller, we shall verify the validity of your request to exercise your rights and reply promptly, or within one month at the latest. In complex cases, or in the event of our receiving a greater number of requests, this time period may be extended to an additional two months, in which case we shall inform you.

VIII/THE RIGHT TO COMPLAINT AND WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT: If we carry out the processing of your data on the basis of consent you have given us for that processing, you may at any time withdraw consent, and in any event you also have the right at any time to lodge a complaint with the supervisory regulatory body (Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency).

IX/THE SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA: We have implemented technical and organizational measures in order to prevent the loss of your data, alteration, theft or access to an unauthorised third party.

X/OCCASIONAL CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY DECLARATION: We, as Controller, may make changes to this privacy declaration at times, as well as any other particular privacy declaration. During the course of the change to the contents of this privacy declaration, we will publish it in the same way as this declaration with a note and clarification of possible changes.
